Hi everyone! I'm Caden Downen the owner of Yeast Culture. If you're reading this I want to say thank you for checking out my website. Anyway, a little about me. I am currently a senior in high school. I started making bread years ago and cooking has always been a passion of mine. In recent years a big fascination of mine has been with the process of yeast, fermentation, and the role they play in nature. With this in mind I would like to explain my vision for Yeast Culture in the future. In the next 5-10 years I plan to turn this business into a Bakery & Fermentorium where people can come to get fermented products of all kinds, from sourdough to kombucha. My dream is to create a deeper understanding of yeast and fermentations effect on humanity and culture.
I'm not one to ask for handouts; however, buying breads from me now means I will be able to save up for my future plans and hopefully see my them come to fruition sooner rather than later. With support from loyal customers I can continue to supply you all with tasty and delicious yeasty goods.
